All of the tenants we place in properties are  young professionals and/or post-graduate students.  We have contracts with local companies/hospitals to help house some of their employees on different contract lengths.

Monthly Terms - Your employees do not have to sign up for a one year lease.

We maintain the property - Our cleaning team will maintain the property on a fortnightly basis.

All bills inclusive - We will charge you a flat fee inclusive of all utility bills.

Properties are high standard - All properties are of a modern standard and include high speed broadband.

Short or Long Stays Welcome - Stays can be as short as  two weeks and as long as one year 

Good for Employee Moral - Allows your employees to socialize and get to know each other outside of work
